Darwin

You grabbed me, pulled me up,
Through me into the sky,
But have you ever really know,
An egg that learnt to fly.

Round and round the garden, the old tale goes,
1 step 2 step to no one knows.
Round and round the garden, the old tale goes.

A rabbit with a scar,
Is frightened of a car,
Enough to not get stuck in the road.
South they may fly,
But the bear doesn't die.
From eagle eye, we do what we can to survive.

Round and round the garden, the old tale goes,
1 step 2 step to no one knows.
Round and round the garden, the old tale goes.

The winter will freeze with ease,
And pluck the leaves from the trees,
But the winter will not wither for much longer.
And brand new petals,
Not brown but green,
Fill with flesh and set flow to the streams,
And Darwin my savior gets stronger.

Round and round the garden, the old tale goes,
1 step 2 step to no one knows.
Round and round the garden, the old tale goes.

You grabbed me pulled me up, through me into the sky,
But this egg hatch on its way down to die,

So,

Round and round the garden, the old tale goes,
1 step 2 step to no one knows.
Round and round the garden, the old tale goes.
Round and round the garden, the old tale goes,
1 step 2 step to no one knows.
Round and round the garden, the old tale goes.
